Erwin Bauer - Germany 1920s. Fall. Excellent flavor and texture. Aromatic.

Equinox -  Richly flavored all purpose apple. Walden Heights introduction 1990s.

Frostbite - Firm, crisp, yet fairly tender flesh. Slightly spicy, rich, mildly tart, balanced by lots of sweetness. Great for fresh eating.

Liberty - NY 1970s. Crisp, sweet-tart red fruit. Immune to scab and resistant to other diseases. Excellent choice for organic growers.

Red Burke – Large, red skinned apple with russet patching at the stem.  Old Vermont native tree discovered by the late apple enthusiast Ken Parr.  Sweet-tart juicy flesh. All-purpose especially fresh eating.
